The Sophomore and Junior Classes will be having a

Kauffman’s Chicken BBQ Fundraiser

When:  Thursday, May 5, 2011
Where:  North Schuylkill Jr/Sr High School
Lower Lobby (gym entrance)
Pick up time:  Between 2:30 P.M. and 5:30 P.M.
Cost $ 7.00 per ticket

Dinner Includes:  ½ chicken, baked potato, roll and applesauce
                                    
·        Orders will be taken from April 4 until April 15, 2011
·        All order forms and money are due to Mrs. Woodward (Room 535) no later than 2:34 on April 15.
·        If paying by check make checks payable to NS Class of 2013
·        Return the bottom portion of this sheet along with payment in an envelope clearly marked with the student’s name and homeroom.
·        Tickets will be given to the students by April 29.

You must have the ticket with you at the time of pick-up.  Absolutely no dinners can be picked up without a ticket.

*****Please note that busses can not be held while students pick up chicken dinners.
*****Please make transportation arrangements if necessary.

The PROFIT from each ticket sold will help defray the cost of your dues obligation.
*Order forms will be available in each homeroom beginning April 4, 2011.

September 27 through October 8, 2010
WHY?
Profits from this sale will apply to your dues requirement. Remember that the money you earn is from the PROFIT - we get a percentage of the total amount sold, which is our profit.
HOW?
You are receiving a brochure entitled “That’s My Pan”. We will be taking orders for these products beginning September 27 and ending Oct. 8, 2010.
Record sales on the sheet included in the brochure. Print in the right hand corner: your name and homeroom teacher’s name. Organization working with is “NS Class of 2013”.
Turn in the entire WHITE page of the order sheet. We will copy it and give you a copy in order that you may deliver items. Complete and tally ALL required totals. PLEASE BE SURE TO TAKE THE TIME TO FILL OUT YOUR SHEETS CORRECTLY. SHEETS MUST BE TURNED IN BY October 8 no later than 2:30. Orders after that WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. GIVE YOUR ORDER FORMS TO MRS. WOODWARD, room 535.
PAYMENT:
Money is collected when the product is ORDERED. Turn in correct amount of money with your master order sheets. No orders will be filled without payment. Please pay by check made payable to “North Schuylkill Class of 2013”.
